Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their TOPV2 account credentials and passwords. Bets placed under a user’s account will be considered valid. TOPV2 will not compensate any losses resulting from unauthorized access.

All TOPV2 players must be of legal age according to their local regulations. Underage gambling is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account suspension.

Bets that are not successfully recorded in TOPV2’s system will be deemed invalid. The final game result will be determined by TOPV2’s official database records.

TOPV2 records all betting and gaming activities for security and transparency. In case of any dispute, the final outcome will be based solely on TOPV2’s internal data.

TOPV2 strictly prohibits the use of unauthorized plugins, scripts, or illegal group betting. Any detected fraudulent activity will lead to account suspension and forfeiture of winnings.

TOPV2 will not be responsible for data discrepancies caused by unstable network connections, poor hardware, or system errors. In such cases, TOPV2’s database records will prevail.

TOPV2 reserves the right to suspend or close customer accounts that violate any rules, including hacking, cheating, or manipulating system data. Confiscation of balances may occur in severe cases.

Players must meet the required turnover threshold equivalent to their deposit amount before initiating withdrawals. If the valid bet amount does not reach this requirement, withdrawal requests will be rejected.

Games from GreatWall99 and VPower’s “running light machine” category are excluded from valid turnover calculations and will not count toward withdrawal eligibility.

TOPV2 promotes responsible and honest gaming. Players must not violate fair play principles or engage in activities that disrupt normal game operations.

Any attempt to cheat, exploit system vulnerabilities, or intentionally influence game results will result in permanent account closure and loss of winnings.

TOPV2 allows a maximum of three withdrawals per day. Any withdrawal beyond this limit will incur a 3% processing fee to ensure fair financial management.

If an error occurs in a recharge or withdrawal transaction, TOPV2 reserves the right to correct discrepancies and recover affected amounts according to the platform’s database records.

National Points will be distributed at 5:00 PM daily, based on each user’s previous day performance and excluding the cumulative turnover of the same day.

Turnover validity may vary by game provider. For example, tie bets may be deemed invalid turnover on TOPV2 to ensure fair and accurate reward distribution.

TOPV2 may update account details periodically. Users must verify bank account information before initiating transfers to prevent financial discrepancies.

TOPV2 strictly forbids gambling fraud, counter-trading, system betting, or water arbitrage. Accounts found engaging in these practices will be frozen, and all winnings will be confiscated.

Notification and Adjustment

If the withdrawal amount differs from the requested sum, TOPV2 will notify the player to correct the issue. If the user fails to respond, TOPV2 reserves the right to deduct excess funds from the account directly.

Rule Enforcement

TOPV2 enforces strict regulations on Blackjack. Any player found violating these rules will have their winnings voided and may face account suspension.

No Payout of Winnings

Any earnings obtained through unfair Blackjack play will not be honored or paid by TOPV2.

Forfeiture of Earnings

In case of confirmed violations, TOPV2 reserves the right to confiscate all related winnings and account balances to maintain fairness across the platform.
